REVIEW OF METHODOLOGIES FOR ASSESSING THE QUALITY OF PUBLIC SERVICES HAS BEEN PUBLISHED
20.09.2023The purpose of the BIPART review of methodologies for assessing the quality of public services is to identify an appropriate methodology for assessing the quality of public services in Belarus, taking into account the socio-political context of recent years. The description of existing methodologies for assessing the quality of public services and their analysis form the main part of this paper, which considers public services as any services provided to the population by public institutions.

RESERCH "ASSESSMENT OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT LEGISLATION" HAS BEEN PUBLISHED
02.08.2023The public procurement system in Belarus is in need of reform. The international study "Assessment of Public Procurement Legislation" (2019) assesses the state of affairs in Belarus in this area as average. According to the authors, special attention should be paid to the implementation of the principles of accountability and integrity as applied to public procurement. In terms of time, according to this study, the post-tender phase is the weakest in Belarus.

14.07.2023In this research of BIPART which continues to monitor the situation within the sphere of Belarusian civil society organizations , we look specifically at this kind of “new” initiatives and organizations which emerged or were formed in 2020 or later inside or outside of Belarus and which, in one form or another, have survived until today. All of these organizations focus their activities on the Belarusian agenda and/or work with Belarusians.
