The mission of the BIPART Research Center – promoting the reform of the public administration system in Belarus in accordance with modern principles and practices. We bring together people who want to improve the quality of governance in our country and study this issue.
BIPART has published a new study, “Artificial Intelligence in Public Administration in Belarus: Opportunities and Risks in an Authoritarian Context.” The research examines how the development of Belarus’s digital infrastructure is creating the foundations for the use of AI in public administration.

The study focuses on personnel reshuffles in the security and military institutions, the growing role of the State Secretariat of the Security Council and its head Aliaksandr Valfovich in coordinating security agencies, as well as the appointment of new government ministers and changes in local authorities.
