Invitation to support BIPART for Lithuanian tax residents

Dear friends! In case you are a Lithuanian tax resident, you can support your favorite organizations in Lithuania by donating 1.2% of your annual income tax to one or more of them. This is not an additional payment from your side, this money will still go to the state budget, but you have the opportunity to decide for yourself where to send it.

We would be grateful if part of this payment would go to us, the BIPART team. This would allow us to continue our activities - research, education, monitoring of the public administration system of Belarus. You can do this good deed before May 1, along with filling out a tax declaration. To do this, you need to fill out an application electronically through the EDS electronic declaration system. The name of our organization in Lithuanian is Baltarusijos viešojo administravimo reformu ir transformacijos institutas. Number – 302817064.

Here's more details for those who haven't done it yet:

After authorization in the EDS system, you need to go to the “Deklaravimas” (“Declaration”) section, then select “Pūdyti forma” (“Fill out the form”) on the left, and then “Prašymas skirti paramą” (“Support request”). Next, you need to select the form FR0512 v.5, click on the globe picture under the text “Forma elektroniniam pildymui” (“Form for electronic filling”). In the form, enter the organization number (302817064) and fill in the following data:

- “Mokesčio dalies dydis procentais” (“Tax share percentage”), enter 1.2% or less if you want to support someone else;

- “Mokesčio dalį skiriu iki mokestinio laikotarpio” (“I will subtract part of the tax before the tax period”) - select 2025. You can also select subsequent years if you want to plan such payments for the future;

- “Mokesčio dalies paskirtis” (“Purpose of the tax part”) write “Paramos gavėjmas” (“Beneficiary”).

Then you need to save the data, double-check it, and if you want, add another organization. And submit the form.
