Anniversary issue of the public administration digest of BIPART released

A new issue of the digest on public administration in Belarus covering January–February 2026 has been published. The publication reviews key developments in the country’s governance system, including personnel decisions and institutional changes affecting the functioning of the state administration.

The issue discusses the appointment of a new finance minister, the replacement of the labour and social protection minister, the dismissal of the head of the Vitsebsk region, and the appointment of a new Belarusian ambassador to Russia. It also analyses new rules for the civil service entrance exam and other recent administrative decisions.
